Hotel Blanco Tulum, Tulum

The hotel had a clean and modern room on the first floor, but it was a bit noisy and had some unpleasant smells. The staff seemed more robotic than friendly, although there was a lovely and helpful member available. The location was great near a supermarket and restaurants, but it was above a busy main road. The dining experience was disappointing with low variety and quantity of food. Facilities were decent.

The service was kind and helpful, especially in guiding us to the nearby beach and bike rentals. The location was decent, not the best, but convenient with a supermarket nearby. The dining options were limited, making the nearby restaurant not the best choice. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were good overall.
